I think this art work is really creative and has a deep meaning. As you can see, this is an enormous pencil. But if you look closer, you will be able to see little squares on the sides. The little squares you can see are buttons on keyboard. Nowadays, most of the people are using computer rather than paper and pencil because it's more convenient. I think what the artist is trying to tell is that the tradition of using paper and pencil is getting destroyed because almost nobody is using right now and the artist doesn't want it to be like that. So I think this artwork is really good and meaningful.
