Chinese New year, Dragon Dance
Normally during Chinese new year, a typical thing to do is the Dragon Dance. The dragon is like a giant puppet, and it is watched by hundreds of people around the world.

I like how your description of the dragon dance tells you about how they do it, not why they do it like other books tell you. I would like to have heard more from this though. It almost sounds like you just ended your paragraph with no exit word or line.
